Sports fans listen up, SSport+ is one of the best sports streaming apps around that costs less than a cup of coffee each month.

However, SSport Plus is only available in Turkey.

Which begs the question: How do you watch SSport+ outside Turkey?

In this article, I’ll show you how to do just that by using an app called a VPN. Best of all, setting up a VPN is effortless, but to make sure you set it up correctly, I have included a step by step guide for you to follow.

Carry on reading to find out how to unlock SSport+ from outside Turkey and get some super cheap official sporting action where you are.

To gain access to SSport+ from anywhere in the world to satisfy all your sporting needs, follow this step by step guide below.

  2. Enter your email address and select your payment type and enter your details.
  3. Download the app from the Surfshark site or your device’s app store, then log in using your username and password.

How does a VPN work?

A Virtual Private Network or ‘VPN’, for short, works by allowing you to send your internet data and connection to a connection point in another region. By doing so, it will enable you to avoid any restrictions on content.

In this case, you’ll be able to connect to Turkey and gain access to SSport+ without needing to fly to Turkey. This will give you unrestricted access to all the sport you want.

You may also use a VPN to access other streaming platforms and websites, but I’ll discuss this in more detail in a moment.

Surfshark is my top choice VPN for accessing SSport Plus from outside Turkey. They have a huge selection of connection points all around the world, so accessing blocked content is easy.

They also provide some of the fastest connection speeds around, which make streaming live TV in full HD easy. Nobody likes watching pixelated sport.

With a wide selection of apps that are easy to use and a 30-day money-back guarantee, I love what Surfshark has to offer and I’m sure you will too.

Other providers that are worth looking at are NordVPN and CyberGhost VPN. Both offer VPN services that work very well with online streaming and also have money-back guarantees too.

Which of the three you choose is up to you.

What is SSport Plus?

SSport Plus is a Turkish streaming platform that specialises in live sports streaming.

They offer a massive selection of sports from all around the world, so there is something for every type of sports fan out there.

If you’re a fan of Football (Soccer), then they have live Premier League games, LaLiga, Bundesliga, and more. So you’ll be able to watch the likes of Liverpool FC, Borussia Dortmund, and Barcelona in action.

Maybe football isn’t your thing. How about UFC? Or perhaps the NBA, NFL, and WWE? They even have Beach Volleyball and Pro Bull Riding… yeah, I didn’t know that was a thing either, but I’m sure it’s excellent.

And if that wasn’t enough to get you excited, they even offer a catch-up service and a few movies.

The cost of the service is ridiculously cheap, approximately $2 per month or $17.50 for the year. This is a far cry from the scandalous amounts we have to pay for similar services worldwide.

SSport Plus is a no brainer if you love sport.

How to download the Android app

The SSport+ app isn’t available directly from the Google Play Store, but it can be downloaded straight to your device from apkpure.com.

Once the app is on your Android device, you’ll be able to stream all your favourite sports while you’re on the go. Nothing will stop you from missing the game, fight, or race now.

Can I use the VPN for something else?

VPNs are very versatile apps that have various functions that go beyond giving you access to SSport+ from anywhere.

I mentioned earlier in the article that Surfshark can be used to access not only SSport Plus but also a host of other streaming apps too such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock TV, and many others.

Not only that, but VPNs were originally designed to help protect your data from online snooping and to help you bypass any censorship that is in place on your internet.

So you’ll be able to unblock websites that are usually unavailable in your country, giving you access to news feeds, video content, blogs, etc, that are usually blocked.

By using a VPN such as Surfshark , you’ll not only be protecting yourself and your online data, but you’ll gain the ability to access all the content you want without restriction.

Summary

SSport+ is currently only available to those who live in Turkey. If you happen to be travelling or living outside of that region, you’ll find that you can’t access the streaming platform.

To gain access to SSport Plus from outside of Turkey, you’ll need to use Surfshark.

You can get Surfshark by following the step by step guide above in the article. Set yourself up now and stream all of the best sports content from around the world for a super low price.

    Thks nicolas from thailand

    • Chris says:

      Hi Nicolas,

Unfortunately SSport doesn’t have the right to show the PL in Turkey this year. Have you tried subscribing to a local service in Thailand as the prices are often reasonable.

never mind, sharksurf does indeed work! I cleared chrome cache, disabled IPV6, disabled all adblockers and added sharksurf extension to chrome and it works in incognito mode.

Surfshark no longer working? On ssportplus If I click login I’m redirected to the homepage and if I click signup I get a 404 error.

  4. Danny says:

    Hi to all.

The transcation is still pending, could tha be the reason? Thanks in advance

  5. Keith says:

Got S Sport plus and Surfshark working on android phone any advice on connecting to a TV with a ISP restricted non VPNable router?

    • Chris says:

      Hi Keith,

You probably have a couple of options. First you could try casting or “mirroring” from your phone to TV.

If this doesn’t work then see if a HDMI to USB-c cable might work depending on your phone.

The last option would be to buy some kind of cheap Android TV stick, plug it into your TV and put the Surfshark and S Sport apps on their. Let us know how you get on.

not 1080 nor 720 quality more like 480 or

    • Chris says:

      Hi Diljeet,

You may need to change server to get a faster speed which will let you stream in a higher quality. Also ensure you’re using a Wi-Fi connection where possible.

    Which vpn’s work with this

  8. Darren Davies says:

Express, nord and VyprVPN all now block SSport Plus, I use iron socket dns which does unlock it in the UK

  9. SB says:

ExpressVPN does indeed work where nordvpn wouldn’t, however the ssportplus website is not accepting my credit cards, I’ve tried multiple. Any advice?

    • Chris says:

      Hi SB,

It’s possible they could have restricted things. Can you try Google Pay instead?

      • SB says:

That was my next step, but my tablet has an older version of android not supported by google pay so I’ll have to wait to get my hands on a friends phone.

        • Chris says:

          Hi SB,

Unfortunately it’s probably the only solution as it would appear they’ve restricted card payments to those registered in Turkey.

    • Darren says:

I did mine mine from android phone and paid via play store with no issue, if you click on the link to play from android device, not android TV though you should then be able to pay that way, they may well have improved security now though blocking non Turkish cards as Netflix do

Hi.i carnt seem to get this app to play video using express vpn .I can login fine .I signed up using Google pay connect to Turkey vpn from uk .so account is fine just won’t play. Has express vpn been blocked now ??

  11. cleyton jordan says:

Hi, thanks for the tutorial. Could you please provide a tutorial of how to set up the ssportplus service? Everything is in Turkish and I am strugling a bit to get it set up. Can I use paypal to pay for the subscription? I am not sure it if is secure to use a credit card in this case. cheers

    • Chris says:

      Hi,

You’ll need to use a credit card to pay, but it’s a legitimate site so there will be no issues.

If you sign up via the Android app you can use Google Pay rather than using your credit card directly.

Create your account on a computer/tablet and you can use your browser translate to help.

  13. Steve says:

Hi.I’m in Uk. I read above and tried with Nord vpn. It only connects sometimes. Please can you advise on some tips to get the vpn to work. As the app detects I’m not in the area. I’ve tried 10 different Turkish servers using Nord vpn and it only works occasionally on server 45 and server 41. But then nothing. It’s cheap but completely unreliable. Would you suggest stream locator.. I’m at my whits end

    • Chris says:

      Hi Steve,

We recommend ExpressVPN as mentioned in the article. They’ve got a 30-day money back guarantee in case in your situation you find it unreliable.

Streamlocator is actually a great device and we recommend it in a few other articles. They support SSport Plus too. The only downside is the monthly price is a little on the high-side, but for a hassle free experience, it’s worth checking out.

    • Darren says:

Try ironsocket.com usually have good deals on 25$US for 12 months, works amazingly
