The FA Cup Final is upon us which will see Arsenal take on Chelsea, two giants of the English Premier League.
The FA Cup is one of the most prestigious cups in English football and in this guide I’m going to show you how you can watch the FA Cup Final online in any country in the world.
This year Arsenal and Chelsea will go head-to-head to take the trophy but if you’re aiming to watch the final outside the UK you may find it more difficult than you think.
Many countries just aren’t showing the FA Cup Final and others have it reserved for expensive cable networks that you might not have access too.
Thankfully there’s a really easy way you can watch the entire FA Cup Final live online from any country in the world and below I’ll show you how. Best of all, it’s a completely official stream so there are no sketchy websites needed!
Watch the FA Cup Final online in any country
If you’re in the USA, Australia, France or any other country in the world and you want to watch the FA Cup then I’ve got the details you need.
The final is being shown live by the UK’s BBC network. This means it’s also being streamed simultaneously online on their BBC iPlayer service. If you’ve tried to access BBC iPlayer outside the UK before then you’ll already know you’re blocked.
The reason you’re blocked is because BBC iPlayer is restricted to viewing from within the UK only. To unblock BBC iPlayer so you can watch the FA Cup Final in your country you’ll need to get yourself a VPN app.
A VPN is a 100% legal privacy tool that helps you protect your online security. It also allows you to spoof your location to make it look like you’re somewhere else.
VPN apps cost a couple of dollars per month and to watch the FA Cup Final you’re only going to need one month of service. Basically it means you can watch the final live for less than the price of an over-priced coffee from a tax-dodging coffee chain.
How to live stream the final

What if you don’t have the BBC iPlayer app?
The best, easiest and most hassle free way to watch the FA Cup Final in any country is to do so on a regular computer or laptop.
There’s no messing about installing additional apps to watch, all you need is the VPN service from ExpressVPN as explained above and you can watch without issue.
If you do want to watch on a mobile or tablet device then you’ll need to install the BBC iPlayer app first. You should check your regular app store for BBC iPlayer and see if you can install it.
In all likelihood you won’t be able to because you’re not in the UK so you’ll need to take some additional steps to get it installed.
How to install BBC iPlayer on an Android device:
- On your Android device go to the Settings and Security section.
- Look for the option that allows you to install apps from unknown sources. Enable it. If this option doesn’t exist, skip this step.
- On the web-browser of your Android device go to the following website: https://apkpure.com/bbc-iplayer/bbc.iplayer.android
