Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile is an American movie based on Ted Bundy’s story, and it had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 26.
It was released worldwide by Netflix and Sky Cinema in the UK on May 3. Depending on what country you’re in will depend on where you can watch.
For example, if you’re in the UK, you won’t officially find it on Netflix. With so many spoilers being posted online these days you could have the movie ruined before you’ve had a chance to see it.

What is Extremely Wicked?
Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile is an American crime thriller film based on Ted Bundy’s life and crimes, and narrated from his ex-girlfriend Liz.
The movie is based on the memoir The Phantom Prince: My Life with Ted Bundy by Elizabeth Kendall, Bundy’s former girlfriend.
Ted Bundy was a famous American sociopath serial killer who assaulted and murdered several women and girls during the 70s.
Taking advantage of his handsome looks, he approached his victims asking for help or simulating to be a person of authority.
In 1975 Bundy was jailed, and after two escapes, he was incarcerated again in 1978.
Bundy was finally executed in the electric chair at Florida State Prison on January 24, 1989.

Zac Efron plays Ted Bundy, and Lily Collins completes the cast as Elizabeth Kendall, Kaya Scodelario as Bundy’s wife Carole Ann Boone, and John Malkovich as Edward Cowart, the presiding judge at Bundy’s trial.
Critics have praised Efron’s performance for portraying Bundy with realism.
Why isn’t it on UK Netflix?
Different Netflix regions have different content. Sometimes it has to do with license issues according to countries and continents.
As Sky purchased the rights to the movie in the UK, it means it’s unavailable on UK Netflix.
