Unfortunately though depending on where you live in the world depends what type of Champions League Final coverage you’ll get. In the USA and Australia, for example, it’s only shown on certain cable networks and you may not have access to them.
In other countries, it may not even be shown at all. Below I’m going to show you how you can watch the entire match live online from any country in the world on an official stream. There are no sketchy or illegal websites in sight and the commentary is in English.
Watch the Champions League Final
In most countries the Champions League Final is such a big occasion that it’s reserved for expensive cable networks. If you don’t have access to the networking showing the Champions League then you’re likely to be disappointed.
The good news is in the UK the final is being shown live online on YouTube for free by the streaming network BT Sport.
If you try and watch the BT Sport YouTube stream outside the UK directly then you’ll be blocked from viewing but with the aid of an app called a VPN you can unblock BT Sports YouTube coverage and watch the Champions League Final in any country.
A VPN is a small tool for your computer, tablet or phone that allows you to change your location. Say for example you’re in the USA. You can use a VPN to make it look like you’re in the UK.
The result is you’re able to watch the entire match in any country in the world and it doesn’t cost a cent. The commentary is also completely in English so no need to worry there.
A VPN is going to cost you a couple of dollars but at less than the cost of a beer, it’s really not going to break the bank. Below I’ll show you where to get the best VPN to watch the Champions League and how to use it.

You can work out the time in your country by using TheTimeZoneConvertor but as a guide the time in some select locations is:

The final will take place at the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kiev, Ukraine. Also known as Kyiv in Ukrainian.
Two teams to have made it to the final include Spanish side Real Madrid and English side Liverpool who will battle it out over a 90 minute match to determine the winner. Unlike the group stages and knock-out rounds there will only be one leg to crown the winner.
Real Madrid had somewhat of a difficult route to the final after unconvincingly beating Bayern Munich and with a relatively poor finish behind Barcelona in the Spanish La Liga the champions of the last two Champions League finals have a tough prospect this year.
Liverpool on the other hand are riding high on their success in the Champions League and after last winning the final in 2005 they’ll be hoping to pick up the biggest prize in European football. With the English Premier League already won it is Liverpool’s only chance to pick up a trophy this season.
