What’s Indiana Jones about?
As mentioned, Indiana Jones has four movies, each of which focuses on a different adventure of a famous archeologist.
Raiders of the Lost Ark
The first film is set in 1936, and it follows Indiana Jones, who is hired by the government agents to uncover the Ark of the Covenant.

Last Crusade
Then, there is the third film, which opens up in 1912, when Indiana was only a 13-year old kid, who wants to recover an ornamental cross belonging to Francisco Vasquez de Coronado.
The movie then jumps into 1938, when Indiana and his friend receive a task to find and recover the Holy Grail.
Once again, there are Nazis involved as Jones’ main villains, but his father also gets involved in the adventure.
Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Lastly, we have the fourth film, which is significantly younger than its predecessors, all of which were released in the ’80s.
This one is from 2008, although its plot took place in 1957.
Indiana is an older man at this point, and he attempted to have a quiet life, but of course, that did not last forever.
He once again ended up in an adventure, this time against the agents of the Soviet Union. The goal is to locate a mystical artifact known as the crystal skull.
The movie also comes as a big plot twist in the end, and it is definitely worth watching.

Who stars in Indiana Jones?
The role of Indiana Jones in all four movies went to Harrison Ford.
Some of the other leading roles were filled by many other talented actors and actresses, such as Kate Capshaw, who is his co-star in the second movie, Denholm Elliot, who plays Indiana’s friend in the third movie.
Cate Blanchett, who is the main antagonist of the fourth one, one, but also Sean Connery, who takes the role of Indiana’s father.
