In this guide we’re going to show you the easiest and quickest way to watch the Premier League in Thailand.

If you’re travelling in Thailand or you’re an expat living there then keeping up with the Premier League can be difficult. While the Premier League is shown in some bars the quality can be inconsistent and you’ll need to contend with Thai commentary.

The easiest way to watch a quality stream with English commentary is to use an online stream.

Below we’ll show you how by using a small app called a VPN and a Taiwanese online streaming service how you can watch the English Premier League in high quality, with English commentary on an official stream.

How to watch Premier League in Thailand

Firstly you’re going to need to sign up for an official service that shows the Premier League. We recommend the Taiwan service Eleven Sports Network because it costs just £22 (approximately US$30) for the entire season, or you can subscribe on a monthly basis.

When you go to sign up to Eleven Sports Network you’ll be blocked with a message that looks a little bit like this:

Eleven Sports Network blocked

To unblock this you’ll need to get yourself an app called a VPN. A VPN is a small tool that lets you change your online location and appear elsewhere.

Just follow the simple instructions below that show you where to get a VPN and how to use it to unblock Eleven Sports Network allowing you to watch all the Premier League action live in Thailand in English.

How to watch Premier League in Thailand:

  1. Visit the VPN provider NordVPN and sign-up. There’s a 30-day money back guarantee.
  2. Download the correct app for your device from the VPN Apps section of their website.
  3. Install the app, run it and login when required.
  4. On the world map select Taiwan. You can also press Countries and select Taiwan from the list.
  5. It should automatically connect but if not, Press Connect.NordVPN Taiwan

It takes about 15 seconds for the app to connect. Once it’s connected any websites you visit will now think you’re in Taiwan.

The next step is to visit the Eleven Sports Network website and sign-up.

Once you’ve signed up you’ll need to use the VPN service from NordVPN anytime you want to watch one of the Premier League matches.

Just connect to Taiwan again on the NordVPN app and sign in to your Eleven Sports Network account.

In the bottom right hand corner of the live stream you’ll be able to change the audio stream from Chinese to English and enjoy the Premier League live online in Thailand.

When you’ve finished watching you can simply disconnect from the NordVPN app and everything returns to normal. You just need to reconnect again next time you want to watch another match.

Alternative VPN Providers

Through our extensive testing we found NordVPN to be the most suitable for watching Premier League in Thailand when using Eleven Sports Network but there are other options available.

If you’ve got time to shop about and you want to see what other options are available then there are other good services. They’ll need to offer a VPN server in Taiwan which not all do, but a few that do are:

Both services work exactly the same as NordVPN.

All you need to do is click on their names to visit their site, sign-up to their service and then download the correct app for your device.

Their apps will look a bit different in their layout to the ones from NordVPN but they function the same.

Don’t forget, all you need is a VPN service which you can get by clicking the link below and a subscription to Eleven Sports Network. Follow the instructions earlier in this guide and you’ll be enjoying the Premier League in Thailand in no time.

Thanks Chris but unfortunately the Eleven Sports Subscription Payment page is mostly in Chinese and I couldn’t get it to accept my Credit Card

      Hi Ross,

In the top right hand corner of the website there’s a small drop down box. If you choose the option that isn’t already selected it will change to English. Try that then follow through the payment again and see if that makes a difference.
