To watch the Indian Super League on Hot Star outside India you’ll need to get yourself a small app called a VPN.
A VPN is an app for Android, Apple, Windows and Mac devices that allows you to protect your online privacy.

How to watch ISL on a mobile device
If you want to watch the Indian Super League on a mobile device such as a phone or tablet then you’ll need to get an app from either the Google Play or Apple App store.
